ABOUT SARAH MOJAZZA, DMS, PA-C

Sarah found a passion for medicine at a very young age and has advanced through many roles within the medical team, from starting out as a CNA to now practicing medicine as a Doctorate Level PA. In addition to PA school, she completed an additional 2 years of clinical education and earned her Doctor of Medical Science Degree from Lincoln Memorial University, which significantly expanded her clinical knowledge and skills.

Throughout her entire career she has encountered countless disconnects in the medical system, but has realized while practicing as a PA, that it is truly broken. This motivated her to join the DPC movement so she could build relationships directly with her patients, not insurance companies.

She has experienced many disciplines of medicine from newborns to the elderly. With all roles combined she has done inpatient mother/baby units, NICU, trauma, emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, geriatrics, psychiatry, dermatology, and sleep medicine.

Sarah has 2 dogs that she absolutely adores, runs marathons, and loves woodworking and decorating. If she’s not being active or playing fetch with Bailey, her Mini Golden Retriever, you can probably find her out in her woodshop building something, or tearing the house apart for her latest project.

Sarah spent a lot of her childhood helping her dad with his handy-man business, and there she learned the foundation for many of the skills she has developed to this day. Her favorite of which is putting people back together again.

Sarah looks forward to being a small part of the rapidly growing direct primary care model and helping her patients live the happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled life possible.
